The new language policy of republic of Kazakhstan creates the real possibilities for
changing priority in consciousness of Kazakh people; revives the national names, creation
and spreading the names, in accordance with history, national personality and
activation of the euphonious traditional names. At the same time it is occurred noticeable
changes in the system Kazakh’s formulas of official appellation. However our material
shows that there are enough personal names, surnames and patronymics without any
traditional suffixes which must be used with Russian names. The Appearance of such
Kazakh surnames as Petr, Vladimir, Yuriykyzy, Sergeyuly became possibility nowadays,
at the period of the active changes in Kazakh’s anthroponomy system. Russian
names used as surnames without traditional Russian affixes form unexpected combinations
with Kazakh name and patronymic name: Petr Aydana Maratkyzy.
Investigations of such type can give a clear notion about new stage in development
of Kazakh anthroponomy system and it is allowed to forecast the ways of settling such
language problems.
