Резюме:


This study examines the theoretical frameworks related to the essential parameters of organizational culture as an increasingly significant and complex phenomenon in business by answering several key questions on this topic: What are the essential characteristics and features of organizational culture? What are its elements, including employee satisfaction as such? It also comments on the indicators that characterize it, as well as on the types and functions of organizational culture. In addition, the study presents research in a specific company, Mebeli Videnov, representing an analysis and evaluation of its corporate culture and prospects for improvement.
