Резюме:

The article examines the state and dynamics of the labour force in Bulgaria during the period 2015–2024. Using descriptive and diagnostic statistical analysis, it analyses employment, unemployment, economic activity and labour productivity, and provides a comparative assessment of selected indicators for Bulgaria and the EU-27. The results highlight positive labour market trends.
