You may have the best materials, the newest innovations, the most creative product -but those resources are meaningless without the core of your business: your employees. In any organization, regardless of investment in new technologies or new equipment - without the right people on board, the company cannot perform to its optimum capacity and therefore will fall short of its commercial potential.
