Резюме:
The COVID-19 pandemic which started in Wuhan, China, in 2020 and spread around the world,
brought travel between regions and countries to a standstill as it necessitated transport bans, curfews and
other health-related bans imposed between regions and countries. At the same time, people have cancelled
their travel and hotel reservations for reasons such as prohibitions and fear of contracting the disease. Hotel
enterprises had to take some measures to survive in the changing environment. The aim of this study is
to reveal the COVID-19 practices in hotels located in Turkey by examining their web pages. Creating a
perception of safety in hotels is essential for these hotels to pull through. The study is therefore important.
As a result, it has been established that hotel enterprises have started to use technology more actively for the
measures they have taken. It has been concluded that the more it is delivered to potential tourists, the more
their perception will change.
