Knowledge management(KM) is the steps of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using knowledge of the organisation. It indicates to a variety disciplinary perspective to attain organisational aims by making the best use of knowledge management. This study aims to debate and clarify the main issues encountered in the managing knowledge. So as to achieve this purpose, we provide a comprehensive framework for manage the knowledge and analysed the concept of knowledge management. This study includes the discussion of some aspects of the management of knowledge that is useful for some purpose and which creates value to the organisation. This study, we will discuss several subjects, such as the areas of management to the knowledge, knowledge management operations, sources of knowledge classification and constraints of knowledge In management application.
